Upon purchasing access to the Smart Skills Passport, SmartLifeskills.ai grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform, strictly in accordance with our terms of service. Currently, we offer 60-day and 1-year access plans.

- Account Sharing: Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited outside of your own household. Each account is intended for use by the account holder and their household members only.
- Intellectual Property: The content, including text, graphics, code, and software, on SmartLifeskills.ai, as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content, is owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content.

- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
