Condition for Refund: Eligibility for a refund is granted to full-access members who have engaged with fewer than 20 lessons and had fewer than 20 interactions with our AI chatbot within the initial 14-day period. In providing our AI-driven educational services, we incur specific operational costs, notably transaction fees for each quiz generated and for every answer provided by our AI. These fees are a crucial component of our ability to deliver a highly responsive and personalized learning environment. These operational realities necessitate our 14-day limit on refund eligibility, ensuring we can continue to offer high-quality, interactive educational experiences at a reasonable cost for all members.
Process for Requesting a Refund
- Notification: To initiate a refund, kindly contact us within 14 days from the date of your purchase. Include your order number, the email address associated with the purchase, an approximate count of lessons accessed, and your number of interactions with our AI chatbot service.

- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed promptly, with a credit issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Exceptions
- Non-refundable: Please be advised that after the 14-day refund period, or should more than 20 lessons or more than 20 AI chatbot interactions be utilized, the purchase will become non-refundable.
